Is it normal refusing to do things just because you were told to do them?

i've undone things i had already done because i was told to do them

My parents told me to feed the dog so I killed him texas chainsaw style.

Its normal but it shouldn't be. Some people need to swallow their pride. If I am at work or when I was young with my parents I didn't mind being told what to do as long as they talked to me respectfully. If I was already doing it or already did it I would get a little annoyed but I would just tell them and thats the end of it. The only time I really hated being told what to do is when it was from girls trying to bully me or when it was from very disrespectful adults who felt like becuz I was younger then them they could treat me any ol' way. If your going to tell me to do something at least be nice about it.

Long story short, she's an idiot.

But to answer your question, if someone tells me to do something that I know is harmful to me or someone, then I will rationalize and try make a decision.

Doing something out of spite is thinking with emotions a little too much. :( Sometimes you don't have good outcomes. I know I used to hate being told what to do by my peers, but I've learned to take constructive criticism.

We are all ba at taking orders which is why the bleeding take away always fucks up my order. I asked for nuggetrs not wings you bloody face poo.

Totally normal, especially if the person trying to give the orders is nagging. No one likes a nag!
