After watching trump and pence last night I think if they get in my wife and I and most of our friends are going to have to move.Because we are gay. Then there is my mother in law who is 98 speaks very little English and looks very middle eastern. She isn't middle eastern. But I digress.Any suggestions ? It would be great if said country was warm and handicapped accessible. It is all very scary.

    Mexico is warm.
It's cheap to live there also.
Starting to sound better all the time.

    Please welcome President Trump!

Seems strange, since Trump single-handedly pivoted the Republican base to a neutral stance on gays. Practically every other first-world country is more open to refugees, many of which follow the same radical ideology that led to the Pulse nightclub attack.

You need to do more thinking.

The entire country needs to do more thinking. Not one major newspaper endorsed Trump. NOT A SINGLE ONE. From Arizona to Dallas to Cincinnati. Even papers with 75 year history of endorsing the Republican candidate did NOT endorse Trump.

Has there been a non-politician running for president that has made it this far in the past 75 years? Major newspapers and media only back politicians not business men.

So then, you wish the voting had gone differently? First thing to ensure that, is to have mandatory voting. If you yourse, did not bother to actually go out of your way and take time to cast a vote, then you have absolutely no entitlement to bitch about the outcome. Secondly, if you did indeed vote, then it was a wasted vote for sameness. Your countrymen and women are obviousally fed up with the Elite, on telling them how to live their lives whilst totally ignoring them. Those that did cast a vote have had their message read and so be it. Live with it!
The rest of the Democratic world are morew than happy with the result of your elections and about time.

It is hard to be welcoming to someone who has been hateful to so many people.

That depends on what you define hateful as.

Hillary created two organizations to 'foment revolution within the Catholic Church'...WTF!?
Hillary promotes late term abortion, up until birth.
Hillary stands by Planned Parenthood even so far as selling baby parts.
Hillary defends a child rapist, happily making the victim cry.

Trump has said a few things. Trump is also a product of NYC at a time when it was not PC and very, very much an 'in your face' city.

But if you feel like leaving the country too no one is preventing you. All I would ask is that you don't start rioting and blocking traffic over the election results like so many of your love-filled co-supporters.

        Good on you!
There go the Clinton lovers, marching down the street and protesting against democracy because they lost. They protest against the 'supposed' hatred of what the Donald stands for and what is it that these Clinton based protesters show themselves to be ........ they are a basis of hatred within themselves for it shows in both their actions and the expression on their faces. I see this from a total world away and we here have come to the conclusion that the U.S. election was a total joke and now the outcome that no one expected. Give the man time and then voice your opinion based upon reality. Sadly reality is a rarity within the Almighty United States.

After his "grabbing pussy" comments I think he's finally fucked up his chance of election.
