I really wondering what to do at this point. Everyone I try to care about betrays me or leaves me. I try to be polite and proper but it just doesn't seem to get you anywhere.
Well, if you are a christian, then you believe man was created in gawd's image, right? Enough said, right?
Common courtesy isn't really that common anymore. It may not be easy to do but you have to put yourself first. No one will do it for you.
Sometimes it is hard to find people to connect with. I know I have a lot of (I am using this term loosely right now) friends who want to be my friend but I am not really interested in spending what little personal time I have with them because we simply don't share the kind of interests that count to me.
Don't get me wrong, if any one of them called me at 2 a.m. and asked me to come pick them up because they are stranded or some shit then yes, I'd either do it myself or find someone who can, whether or not I speak to them on the regular. But that's not really friendship to me that's... that's common courtesy.
