Is it normal pee always drips in my pants

So whenever I pee after I’ve done there’s always a little bit of pee that drips out into my pants I tried everything I shake my penis I pull back the foreskin I wipe it but there’s always a dark spot in my underwear. I even have to slip in a sheet of toilet paper to stop this

    See a urologist. Unless you're in your 60's it's not normal.

        Could be a couple things: weak urethra muscles for which there are exercises. Or overfull bladder, which means you should urinate more often. But see your doctor.

          I dont think its either. Because I did a few times kinda stretch the opening of my urethra and im scared that may have caused it
