Is it normal or okay to hang up on your boss in the following situation?

Is it acceptable to hang up on your boss if
*The conversation no longer pertains to work or employment
*You are busy and the phone call has been for hours
*The phone call goes to late hours like 1 in the morning
*You are in a store and cant really speak with all the people around
*Your cellphone is dying because they have been talking for hours

Yes all of these have happened to me for various bosses, company's, and interview opportunity. When is it okay to hang up on your employer/boss and how can you get them to hang up when you dont want to talk anymore?

Why would you even get into any of those situations?
I wouldn't even be having any kind of conversation with a boss, outside of business hours, unless I was getting paid for the time involved.
It's never a good idea to let an employer think you are available to work for free anytime, let alone outside of work.

1 in the morning? Don't you BOTH have to get to work in a few hours?

Yes to all of those scenarios. This should be a no-brainer. You won't get fired or get into trouble as long as you do it politely.
