Is it normal open toilet stall?

When I was in kindergarten, I remember they had toilets for the children, however they didn't have doors, meaning everyone could see you.

There was only one toilet space, so both girls and boys used it, however that would often end up with the boys trying to piss on the girls on the toilet, it was pretty fucked up.

Just wondering if all kindergartens are like this?

    I still go into the women's restroom just to pee on a girl taking a good hardy dump.

    I think mine was like that too but I seem to remember some sort of netting or something in front of it.

    I think its because they are afraid of the staff being accused of molesting children?
