Is it normal not to want to take a crappy job to pay the bills

Stepdaughter wont go to a factory where they hire people every other day. Or the tax service as a dancing statute of liberty because she went there for an interview.. she doesn't want to get pneumonia and the woman who works there was screaming at other employees the entire time she was there and said she would not be allowed to go pee or have any kind of break or coffee.

She also didn't want to work at a telemarketing firm where you are on call 24/7 and they constantly change your schedule and your never know when you are working you constantly have to check and see if they called.

It's normal. There aren't many people nowadays who are open towards having a crappy job or having a job that's not their dream job. There's the library, getting a job on a farm, working at a magic/occult shop, etc.

It's normal to not want to take a crappy job, but sometimes one just has to at least for a little while.

One does what one must to survive. If she's over 18 and living in your home, then she should be contributing. If not money, then work; laundry, cooking and cleaning, etc.
I'm a firm believer that if someone doesn't pull their own weight they are gone, sooner than later.
In this case, a week on the streets and she'll be begging to come back and be right happy to get any crappy job she can get, and to contribute to the household.

Well she could sell her organs on the black market but that will only get her so far.
