Is it normal not to walk with your back straight?
My mother (and unfortunately other people too) started noticing that I don't walk with my back straight and my shoulders back. I started to notice it too, but every time I try to straighten my back, I seem to forget it, and I'm back where I began. I don't seem to bother, but everyone says my back will be hurting when I'm older if I don't change my way of standing up.
The other thing is, and I'm going to say it as if I'm a psychologist: people look at you as if you're weaker than they are, as a prey, which isn't the best thing if you're in high school. I would really like to know if I can practice walking straight. Has anyone had this problem? Did you let it go, or did you 'solve' this physical problem? It's become a big issue for me, so please let me know! I do know this is a common problem, but maybe you have a solution I haven't heard of.
(Oh and by the way... I'm not a native English speaker, so don't blame me for the grammar or the vocabulary)
