Is it normal normal to hate most people??

Is hating 95%+ of the people I come in contact with normal? I don't understand how people could care about things like Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Monster Trucks, World of Warcraft, American Gladiators, bla bla bla... When there is so much more we could be doing with our lives. Technology is advancing rapidly and computers are getting approximately twice as powerful every 18 months yet we still have not had a man set foot on any other planet. Why does the Unites States sink so much money into the military when they could be using the money on NASA or other programs that may actually have a positive impact on humanity. There is just so much out there and it seems like most people are just like fuck advancement in trying to better ourselves or reaching beyond planet Earth. I would rather live a mediocre life in my mediocre house with my ungrateful children and the only advancement in technology I need is a bigger tv. Is it normal to hate those types of people because I really do. I really do hate those people. Is this normal?

    agree w/ the comment above me...you seem to waste your emotions too much on hating people for unimportant reasons. i don't like a lot of people, because so many people are mean, whore-ish, or just ignorant. but i don't hate people for those reasons you listed.

    I hate people too, but I don't dwell on it like you seem to. It's unhealthy and it wastes energy.

    I think it is kind of normal that you don't like many people but the reason im not so sure of. I don't like many people either and that is because I think humans will be the down fall of the earth. Lets face it,humans are pretty careless. Destroying their selves and others and the wars are ridiculous.

    Though I wholeheartedly agree with the notion that we by far spend and/or borrow too much money on things that kill ppl versus on things that actually help the advancement of man in this country, but it is never okay to hate other people.

      Maybe its because I appreciate watching a bunch of loonies runnings around destroying everything. You know? It can be funny. But really, if you look around the Earth you'll find that everyone is basically addicted to something.
      Some people are addicted to power. Others envy the addiction. Some are addicted to World of Warcraft and others envy them because they want to be able to afford the game. Some people are addicted to being able to do whatever they want to some extent.

      Anything could be considered to be a waste of time.

      The only problem I have is when its cancelling out someone else's freedom.

      Since we're talking about this, maybe I'll just point out that corporations are another form of government that you have to pay taxes to? Like, fees=taxes to the phone cartels.
