Is it normal normal that an older man dresses like this?

I am nuts about a man who's half my age plus one year and, when we met for the first time last Saturday, he was wearing jeans and a Limp Bizkit T-shirt.

He also has an eyebrow piercing.

In short, he's a stunner and, while he DOES look older [the gray hairs on his goatee give him away], he DOESN'T look his age.

How "normal" is it for a man his age to dress the way that I described?

I'm not complaining -- I'm curious.

    You say that he's half your age, plus one year, yet you refer to him twice as being older. What does that mean? Is he older or younger than you?

    Also, you ask if it's normal for a man his age to dress a certain way, but you don't mention his actual age. Saying he has grey hairs doesn't really narrow it down much either. Some people start going grey in their 20's or even earlier in some rare cases.

    Who knows what might be going on in his mind. Maybe he just lost something in the garbage can and is trying to find it by getting in a dumpster and look for a lost item? Or maybe he is looking for important documents somebody might have thrown away to evade taxes? Looking for personal sensitive informations about families in the neighbourhood? Like: how many times you have sex, if you brush your teeth everyday, how much tuna you ate, lots Of useful informations can be retrieved out of a dumpster you know. Or, let's say you do drugs, by looking in a dumpster Ila person can get to know that. You can even tell how rich a person is by looking at the garbage. Examining it. How many people live in a particular house, if they have a dog or a cat, which illnesses a person livong in that family might have, based on the empty medication packages you find and much much more. Don't you know bums going through garbage cans in some towns also belong to criminal organizations of all sorts? they are the first ones getting a rumor, they know lot of stuff about plenty of people.. Respect bums. Your very life might depend on it. Seriously.

    Is it normal for some old man to go around looking in other peoples garbage while not being poor and smelling like shit... ( Yeah i actually mean it i often see him walking around looking in garbage and my eyebrows nearly melt off when i get to close )

    He's 47 and I'm 23.

    You should take a look at old goth guys. They are just so out of the ordinary! Tattooes all over the place.. Chains.. Piercings.. The whole thing! Some of em even have the guts to still use the peculiar make up typical of the goth scene. Wait, he is half your age, older than you and you have something to say about the way he dresses up. Sorry I am giggling too hard right now to keep typing.
