Is it normal neighbour lady is such a crazy nut?

Things they fight about
how she parks
He constantly calls her a liar
Him not wanting her to go to work
Her weight her drinking problem.
how she does everything half assed.
He thinks the dog was laying on the new sofa and she says it wasn't. She did not put the plastic slipcovers back on the couch correctly. (They have been fighting about this for two days)
She seems like such a bad wife,she is always yelling at him to leave her alone.She cries in the vacant lot next to us with her dogs.I have told her she is not supposed to be there and if she keeps fighting with her husband I will press charges against her.
