Is it normal neighbors?

The neighbor has installed new lights outside their house. Strong spotlights that also point into my backyard. There are three lights they want to light up their garden but I am collateral damage in their home improvements.
I have a spotlight too on my exterior wall so naturally i have been up the ladder pointing it their way innocently getting ready to turn it on and leave it on most nights.
Rant over.

    Play loud music. I'd recommend Aerosmith or Dropkick Murphys.

    Unfortunately that's what can happen when you live in the city. For the most I've had normal neighbors, but a few strange ones. If you can move to a more remote part near where you work.

    Happened to me, too. I don't know if they were afraid of zombies, or something, but the two spot lights were bright and burned all night. Worst thing was that my bedroom was on that side of the house and even with the shades down, the light came in. After I got to be friends with them, I asked if they would turn them off when they didn't need them. They did.
