How do people nap in the day and not feel really weird when they wake up? Like all sweaty and headache and red face.
It's taken me a while but I've got nanna naps quite well organised now. If I'm feeling tired I get comfortable and set the alarm for no more than an hour and a half, usually wake up just before it goes off.
When I used to drive long distances in the outback I used to have 1/2 hr naps with my head on the steering wheel and wake up refreshed.
Maybe where you have your naps is too warm?
I don't feel THAT bad, but I still do feel much worse than when I first went to nap. I don't know how my brother does it. *grumbles jealously*
If the room you sleep in is too warm, that'd be pretty normal... Make sure it's a little cooler when you wanna nap...
