Is it normal my teeth are like this

So basically, no matter how many times I've brushed my teeth they are still slightly yellow. I brush my teeth at the most 4-5 times a day. (After every meal) And I don't just brush them that much to whiten them, I do it that much to get the dirt off of them. But I'm wondering why are they still yellow no matter how much I brush them. After I brush them they are smooth and shiny but a Disguising yellowish colour. I would say they are half yellow and half white mixed together. Why are my teeth yellow ? And most peoples white? I've brushed them all my life and always looked after them!!!

Ps. I use mouthwash (listerine zero to be specific)

Are you a smoker or tobacco chewer? Do you drink a lot of coffee or tea? Do you eat a lot of berries? All of these things can stain your teeth over time. And I don't know how yellow your teeth are, but I can tell you this: teeth can naturally have a tint of yellow.

You can try Crest 3D White toothpaste (my patients like this method over others). Or, you can try Optic White toothpaste from Colgate. Once you achieve the "whiteness" you desire, switch back to your regular toothpaste. Whitening substances can cause enamel erosion if they are used for too long.

Also, Listerine Zero mouthwash has almost no effect on whitening. But it is a good source of essential oils, and I would recommend it in conjunction with brushing and flossing.

Either go to a dentist or buy a package of teeth whitener. Not so difficult. Some people's teeth stain more easily than others.

Teeth aren't naturally white unless you eat a very specific diet. You can use whitening toothpaste if it bothers you, but I really wouldn't worry about it. There's nothing disgusting about slightly yellow teeth. My teeth get complimented, and even mine aren't perfectly white.

Good dental health is not just about cleaning teeth, but also about diet.
