Is it normal my morals are different whether i like someone?

If I like someone I would stick up for them if they had problems going on and I was aware of it (because honestly often I am unaware of social problems) but if I saw someone breaking in their truck or stealing their beer there would be a problem.
At the same time if I saw something like this happening to someone else I wouldn't care at all.

I think it's normal to care more about things happening to people you like than other people.

It would, however, be nice if you cared enough to dislike bad things being done to people in general. If not by emotion, then by principle.
I'd like to think, I would think poorly of someone breaking into the truck of someone I don't know.

That's a bummer of an outlook you've got there. Sure, you care about people you know more, but you've gotta be willing to help out your fellow humans based on your shared humanity.

U r probly young bcuz I could have been that way as a youngster, but as an adult ive come to terms better with such things. I say its important to have empathy. Not so much about material items, but matters of the heart.
