Iin, my husband finds his mom prettier than me?

It's rare for my husband to compliment me, and when he does, he tells me I look,"cute" or "good". I've seen him compliment his mother on social media, and he used words like,"beautiful" and "pretty". His mother is a fake blonde. When I once asked him for advice on a new hairstyle, he told me I should dye my hair blonde because it looks really nice. After I gave birth, he insisted on signing me up for a gym membership and asked me to take Herbalife shakes, because it worked for his mother and he said in his own words,"She's really skinny for a mom". Aside from being shorter than her, I am slimmer too, I'm petite. So, I don't get his obsession over his mother's looks? He was a total mama's boy as a child. Is that why? Is this normal?

      I mean, he seemed much more upset than his father when we found out his mother was having an affair. He wanted to beat the guy. Then again, who wouldn't be upset, right?

    Omg is creepy, I had it with my first Dutch boyfriend, the mum even used to leave tangaslip around the house, I left him after one year for me even the possibile doubt of that was unbearable for a relation

    If he was a mommas boy then he probably sees her as a "Goddess" that is more beautiful than any other woman in the world. It's actually normal for men to want their wife to resemble a mother. And until you do he won't ever consider you a "Goddess". Its kinda sad that he doesn't see you in the same light but men do get their preferences from somewhere right?? I'm guessing a slim blonde is what ge is looking for. similar character traits are probably desired too. Maybe you'll notice that in the future too that you'll get compared to her at times

      Its not normal for I man to want a wife to look like his own mother, can you see your self having sex with a wife that looks like your mother could you see your self thrusting into a woman that looks her, that is seriously wrong unless that's his preference, or there is history there between them, it does happen

        I think it's more if an Oedipus complex really. It's in the guys head and he simply compares woman to his mother
