I said there was nothing wrong with her nose and it gives her character, but I don't know if she took it the wrong way.
From what you just said, it ssounds like a nice way to say you have a big nose. "It gives you character", she mightve taken it the wrong way.
Tell her, that she if she has all that money lying around, she should spend on something more fun or useful-like a fancy vacation or a down-payment on a house. She already has a nose. She doesn't need a different one.
I would've said something similar, maybe not in the exact same words. The grass isn't always greener on the other side. There's no guarantee surgery will make her nose look any better.
Tell her if she gets the surgery that she has to bring the extra parts of her nose home with her in a doggie bag.
Just tell her she looks the most beautiful just the way she is and you wouldn't want to change the way she looks for anything else
