Is it normal my girlfriend say it hurts with condom?

My girlfriend has been insisting for the past couple of years we've been together that it hurts a bit when i use condom. No matter what brand and style. Without it she says it feels great and enjoyable.
I can't seem to find a logic in it? Isn't condom supposed to make it slippery and easier for the girl?

And no, she's using pills. I know where some comments are trying to head here. We've been having sex for over 2 years now without any condom. So forget about this baby-conspiracy. :)

Do any of you female experience similar thing?

    It might be that she's allergic to latex or something? Or perhaps she isn't aroused enough/ you're thrusting too fast and creating a friction burn?
