There are various possible reasons. Age, horomones, possible depression (this does not mean she is unhappy.) an underlying medical condition, a side effect of possible meds shes taking, tired, etc there is really no telling. If she still seems happy and tries to make you happy, I seriously doubt she has lost interest. I think you would know if that was the case.
