Is it normal my gal pal kept trying to be alone with me?

in 2015 I had a gal pal who always tried to be alone with me. My mom didnt trust this woman and didnt want me to be alone with her. I am guessing she either wanted to have sex with me or kill me. I really wish I knew what she was trying to hide and why she kept trying to hang out with me without my mom there.

    Have you tried calmly asking her why she's doing this? another idea is she might either want you to run away with her or the best of all scenario's, she might just want to be more than gal-pals, Maybe she wants to be your girlfriend?
