Is it normal my friends are racist but i have a half brother that is black

I have been friends with these people since grade school. I knew they were racist but my town don't have many black people, so racism never came up. My freshman year of high school i got a half black brother. So should I stop being friends with them or just continue to hang out like normal. P.S. I am not racist and i love my now 2 year old baby brother Nathaniel.

    You should stop being friends with them because they are ignorant fools that will make you slowly get even stupider than you already are, every second your around them.
    Racism is fucking pointless and your just as ignorant for being friends with such fools.

    I can only assume they don't know about your little brother... however, if you don't think they'd be accepting or could even be nasty about him, then dump them!

    You don't need them and you will always have your little bro - he's your family now.

    You should really find new friends. I'm saying that these people are narrow minded and will bring you down with them. hating people based on thier ammount of melonen in thier body is just idiodic. Racism is never good and is untolerable in every way, shape, and form.

    You should stop the relationship or give them a ultimatum. They should be more accepting, but if they aren't then you should end it. It wouldn't be a good environment for your brother if you continue to stay being friends with them.
