So my friend's boyfriend acts really feminine.

He uses lots of product on his hair, he goes into the bathroom JUST to fix his hair with extra gel he has on hand or water from the sink.

He crosses his legs when he sits and never sits like a man all spread out.

His socks are always random colors.

He has a lot of female friends.

He has jokingly said "I think I have pms".

He grabs my friend's hand in public when my eye is turned but when I'm still able to see from the side and kisses it.

He sometimes walks femininely and not very masculine-like.

He kisses her forehead.

He always carries a bag with him if we're going on a small trip just to someplace an hour away.

He laughs at my jokes and nudges me on the shoulder.

His favorite TV shows are feminine.

He sits in front of the TV and calls out bad makeup on female celebrities.

He constantly cuddles my friend while on the couch and rests his head on her chest and kisses her while he looks up at her like a puppy.

Is this guy gay or is he gay? IIN?

    Jesus christ are you kidding me? That sounds really annoying but I have to ask, was he like this when you met? Because if this is how you met him, something about him must have appealed to you and if you don't like how he's acting now, why did you like it back then? Its not his fault that you changed your preferences or sensitivity to gay like behaviour but if he's suddenly picked up these tendancies I would have to say, what the actual fuck? That's a really embarrassing way to act even if you're a women. He sounds like a 13 year old girly girl. How old is he? I wouldn't jump to conclusions as to say he's actually attracted to men because he's dating you isn't he? But in all honestly, he needs a good punch in the face or something to remind him he's a guy not a fairy princess. I hate it when guys act this way. It annoys the hell out of me.
