We're american and when we were at the local diner the other day, there was this british guy seated directly next to us with his two male friends. He was about our age and my friend was seriously freaking out. She started texting me while we were at the table together about how attractive he was and how she wanted to get his number. She didn't even know the guy and she wouldn't stop. The entire time we were there, she was texting me about how cute he was and what he was talking to his friends about. His friends were american and in my opinion, they were just as attractive as him and they all looked average. I don't understand what the fascination was and after we went to pay, she asked me what she should do.

I told her we had to go and she insisted on making an excuse like she lost her earring and couldn't find it and then would say "oh my gosh, you're from england?" Seriously we were now stood in the restaurant for 3 minutes while she was figuring out a plan! When I finally got her to leave and go to the car, she told me she wanted to wait until he left so she could see what car he went to. So we WAITED there for 25 minutes and when he got out, he just walked with his friends down the block!!! Now she is still talking about him and won't stop.
