Is it normal my farts sound like nothing?

So I love jumping up on my boyfriend and farting right on him and I tried to the other day but it failed. (yea he doesn't really like it) I had a fart coming so I pulled my butt cheeks wide open to fart right on him and then it just sounded like quiet air. There was no flappy fart sound. I did it again and same thing. Is this normal? Starting to think my butt is weird or something.

    I am thinking that either you are not building up enough pressure, your boyfriend is butt fucking you too much or your hearing aides battery is flat, you have more info, you decide!

    Youre pulling your butt cheeks apart so the fart is able to get out more easily. Try not pulling them apart. That will produce more sound
