Is it normal my cousin is the only person who asks to hang out?

I don't have a heck of a lot of friends but with the few that I do have, they rarely ask me out. I'm usually organising something to do with them. My cousin is the only one to actually initiate spending time together which is flattering. I think she's lonely though, so this maybe the only reason. Why do friends not make any effort these days?? Is it just with me? I'm 22f...

    When I was younger, I use to hang out with my brother more than anyone else, so yes it's normal.

    I feel the same. It's sad because friends are so hard to make and keep these days.
    My dad said you can count your good friends on one hand

    that happens when friends are lazy, if they don't invite you to things they made thats another affair.
    another thing lonely people dont try to hang out with everybody, thats desperation, lonely people try to hang out with someone that nice or can relate to them so good for you.

    Because every young person seems content to just ding around on their phone 24/7. Anywhere you go that's about what everybody is doing. People are just lazy anymore.
