Is it normal my boyfriends so selfish and ignorant?

I am struggling to understand his behaviour. One minute he's kind to me and next he makes me feel like a piece of shit. He's an ignorant b*****d too I try making conversation with him and hell ignore me so I stay quiet because I'm a bit embarrassed by what he did then hell tell me I never said anything to him in sorry if this seems petty but I really love this guy and he's making me feel like I don't belong here anymore feel like he's playing mind games with me but I don't know why? Is this normal because none of my previous partners EVER did that or make me feel like I'm nothing thankyou for your comments xxx
