Is it normal my boyfriend has this on me?

I have been with my boyfriend for two years now, i don't live with him or anything but a few days ago, he called his insurance company. He asked them to put a travel insurance on me. We are not going anywhere. Why did he do that i wonder? Is It normal that he did this? Your thoughts pls.

    maybe he is surprising you with a cruise so he can murder you and feed your body to the kraken so that he may become the lord of the sea

          I thumbed it again but I understand what you mean. The kraken doesn't exist so that's clearly a stupid troll answer.

          What you need to do is take an insurance policy out on him with you as the beneficiary and than when he gets a bit too tipsy, make sure he does fall overboard.

          It worked on my first wife.
