Is it normal my boyfriend dominates in bedroom/doesn't let me do much?

He touches me, when I go to touch him, he holds my hands hard so I can't touch him.

When I touch myself, he watches but then within 30 seconds, he puts my hands against the wall, bed, etc so I can't continue.

So he basically touches me while I don't get to touch him or myself to please him. I feel bad because he does everything but it seems like he actually likes it that way. I'm okay with it but sometimes I want to touch him too and he doesn't let him. He actually lets me for maybe 20 seconds the entire 45 minutes we're doing something.

    Communicate! If you don't feel comfortable communicating, that is a real problem in a relationship.

    Talk to him about it, tell him you love touching him too and want to involve more of it in your sex life, ask him what his likes are. To have great sex you have to communicate with your partner
