Is it normal most of my college teachers hate me?

I think a lot of them are grading me unfairly, basically because they don't like me. I'm getting mostly a D or D- even though I obviously put a lot of effort into the assignment. They leave questions like "details?" "statistics?" "analysis?" followed by "D-"... no positive comments. I think it's because I dress weird and probably look dirty to them.

Your professors/teachers is telling you specifically what pieces of your paper are missing by writing them down and putting a question mark. Since it's happening in multiple classes, it's YOU not them instructor. You're not putting essential parts of the assignment into your papers and that's why you're getting D's. There is no conspiracy against you nor would all your teachers judge you for you dress the same way... it's the fact that you're don't completing all the parts of the assignment even if you're putting in a lot of effort as you say, it doesn't mean you completed all the requirements... put effort into ALL of the required pieces not just one or two!

Uncommented grading is generally not helpful at all. Talk to your teachers and ask them how to improve your work. Usually if you show you want to get better that gets you a lot of good will.

You shouldn't just assume they dislike you. Even if it's true it's better to ignore it.

Sounds as if you don't understand argumentation.

Putting a lot of effort into an assignment does not, and should never, warrant a good grade. Otherwise I deserve F's on any exams or assignments that I crammed.

Talk to your professors. Be respectful. Ask them to elaborate on their grading comments. Maybe even ask to see a sample assignment or anything that can serve as a template so you can get an idea what's exactly expected of you to make a good grade.

How is it that you dress weird, and why do you look dirty?
