Is it normal maybe it's me buti think that radio delilah gives terrible advice?

she has a radio show. the music isn't too bad.
Examples telling a woman to dump her fiance because he is a little depressed and there is no point in trying to cheer him up.

Telling an older lady she shouldn't expect her guy to be faithful to her.she should just be happy they are friends.

Telling a dad who is a workaholic who is never home and when he is home he is grumpy and tired the reason his kids hate him is because they are teenagers.

    And you are 100% right. I love the station but I can't listen to it when she's trying to give advice. She's annoying and really does give bad advice.

    I think back to one of the reasons I dislike her.
    A female caller explained her situation, basically the guy she's been and planned a life with decided out of nowhere that he wants to be friends.

    I can't remember what Delilah said but it was ehhhhhh. and then the song of choice that she, you know sort of plays for the person, was insensitive kind of. If I was the female caller, I would have felt worse about my problems after hearing the song.

    To be fair, you'd have to be some kind of do do bird to expect an entertainer to give you halfway decent advice about anything.

    I always thought Delilah as exclusive to my town.lol. I don't have the attention span to ever listen to her advice though.

        Iin is actually an ok place for advice. While you will have your trolls and people who joke... you also get plenty who answer seriously and put thought into what they say.

    oh my goodness love delilah!! she doesn't play in my town anymore which is saddening. but whenever i travel i listen to her. idk i dont really listen to her show for the advice. shes just kind of cheesy and its entertaining.

    Is she still on the air? It's been years. I used to listen to her show all the time when I was a kid; I loved the sappy music she played.

    I have no idea who she is. If people want advice on the radio, they should call into the Dr. Laura show. She gives great advice.
