Is it normal looking for a good chili recipe

I have kidney beans diced tomatoes sautéed green peppers and onions what else should I put in it. I have 2 kinds of chili powder one generic kind and then this fancy kind I DON'T WANT TO KILL PEOPLE ! :)

    Add a couple of teaspoons of instant coffee powder to it and you will get a great smoky flavor.
