    I love ricotta and pancakes. Lemon curd is delicious. I vow to try this one day!!!!

    I've never had them. They sound like they would either be great or disgusting. I'm not very adventurous with my food, so I probably wouldn't like them. I much prefer classic pancakes. Definitely would at least try them.
