Is it just because everyone goes for mall jobs? It seems getting into warehouse is very simple and they usually have very low standards. However the standards for getting a job working at a place like "Footlocker" seem to be impossible. I have warehouse and Marshalls experience but it still doesn't seem to count for anything.
It's not harder to get minimum wage jobs, it's just computer base hiring. The computer will select the most qualified candidate for the job depending on your scores in whatever pre-employment test you had to take.
You're either failing the employment assessment test (personality test), or messing up at the interview. If you're not getting interviews at all, then it's most likely the assessment test you need to work on, because no one will even see your application if you don't pass that test.
Also, even though it says, "There are no wrong answers," there are. Research how to pass those test.
No offense, but I wouldn't hire you either. You need to get with a job workshop (most towns have these FREE services) to help you with your resumé, how to fill out applications and interview skills.
You never even seen my resume? How can you judge if I should get a job or not? I was third best worker in the factory at my last job and that's out of 1000s of people. How exactly does that show I am a bad person to hire? Also I had a job coach already go over my resume and fix it.
I've seen a lot of your posts on IIN and it's pretty clear you have some serious issues.
So based on the fact I was on the third best worker is an issue? Can you explain that? That speaks for itself doesn't? You don't become the third best worker based on nothing. The Hiring managers also not seen any of these either, and since this is anonymous your guesses can be totally wrong as well.
