I'm using is it normal on a mobile device that's pretty much brand spanking new. Some of the pages are loading incredibly slow or not at all. I cleared all of my history, cache and cookies. Then did a soft reset thinking that the problem would be solved. That didn't work at all, then I checked my router and other network connections; nothing wrong with them. All of my other apps that require 3G/router connections work just fine but is it normal is just SO damn slow and it's been like that for the last two days.

Is site maintenance being performed or...? I don't know. Is anyone else having problems?

    Yea im on my phone too and sometimes some pages dont even load and recently if someone has replied to a comment I have to go on a computer to check it.

        So you checked its IQ? How high was it? I want to hear the sites overall IQ. Since its clearly is very very retarded.

        Though to seriously answer your question sometimes the site glitches, sometimes its slow and like all websites sometimes it crashes and undergoes matienence which messes with the functions of the website which you might notice during said time.

        If its no other website on your computer doing it most likely just a site glitch or matienence. If its on multiple sites you visit regularly its most likely an internal problem. I believe it actually did crash on me once before.

      Though I think pretty much anyone who wasn't...er...retarded...could tell that the OP was using the slang form. Which crops up in Google right next to the definition you quoted.
