When I stare at girls too long they often move. Also, a fine, peppery mist often flows into my eyes at some point.
One time I stared at a box of Fruity Pebbles for 5 hours straight and it did a backflip.
They're called relaxed eye visuals. They are even more intense while on certain drugs.
It's always creepy when you stare at a picture of a person for too long. Smiles turn into evil cringes and the eyes just stare into your soul. Can't stand it x)

Yes it's normal. Everybody but the blind has experienced this at some point.
