Is it normal if i want to lose weight really fast so i can eat whatever later?
I have calmed down on eating a lot outside since I started working out. I have also worked out the most in these last few months than I have ever before. I know it takes time and patience to get results but as a food lover, it will never happen lol. I love working out so much but I love food a little more. I don't believe in going on a diet or maybe its just I know I can't lol. When I indulge a little, I don't really feel guilty because I really wanted it at the moment and I don't wanna starve myself or restrict myself because I love food a little more than working out. The types of workouts I do are pretty intense though. I stay at the gym three hours and actually am doing something because they're three classes, an hour each. So its not like I slow down for like 15 minutes. No, its one after the other including weight training, cardio, toning, pilates, etc. If I were like every other girl who can resist food, I'd be in such good shape but since I'm not your average girl and actually love eating food rather than taking pics of them and posting it on instagram or something, my body doesn't exactly show how much work I put in at the gym. So at this rate, itll take forever to get the results I want. I don't necessarily want to lose weight because I am small but I want to lose the extra body fat coming from oh I don't know nutella cravings at night, alcohol, and lattes. I naturally don't eat junk food, I don't like it. But I do like going out to restaurants and eating a good plate. I honestly can eat as much as my dad, its funny. So with all that being said, my new plan is to go super intense, hard-core for like three weeks because I think that's how long I can go without indulging in anything. Then once I get my results, I can keep working out but indulge in here a little and lose it the next day based on how much I work out. Its not like I am going to lose weight and then crash at the end. I'm a little wiser than that.
