Is it normal if i want him to sing me this song?

I want my bf to one day sing me "Madness" by Muse. It describes him and it I believe it describes all the men out there who are really stubborn, and protect their pride so they won't get hurt. But eventually in the song, he admits he knows he is headstrong, kind of like begging his love to please accept that of him and know that he does love her. Love is madness but worth all those ups and downs. I get into the song so much as if Im singing it for my bf. I just can't wait for the day he finally breaks down and can't hold his pride anymore. If I had my way, Id leave and have him chase me singing that song but since I don't, I wont leave him and risk losing him. But I would like him to sing me this song, or at least express himself this way. It will touch me so much and make him look real.

    I feel like you are wanting him to realize/see something about himself that he probably just isn't going to. Especially if it has something to do with pride. That is probably never going to be let go of. People only see/change things about themselves if they want to. You can't force someone to change especially if they don't want to. You will be in the end hurt and disappointed. Trust me I did that.

        No. I am not with that person. It took a lot of trail, error, and heartache to learn that lesson.
