Is it normal if i twerk when i take a bathroom break during work?
Okay its probably not normal but do you usually do something that makes up for all the sitting down you have to do at work? I work mostly office jobs so I be sitting down for like 5-6 hrs straight, tragic. So I just came up with this strategy other than just stretching and cause I'm a girl, I'll go to the bathroom and twerk nonstop to one song. They say it is a good exercise method as much as you don't want to believe it. But if you at least try it, you're gonna be convinced. I feel it in my thighs mostly then my butt. I start sweating and have to recover before going back. But I feel better going back to work and sitting down knowing I just burned some calories. I'll take a bathroom break every hr if work permits, depending what I'm working on. So yeah that's my technique. I def don't want to increase my chances of getting sick later on, it's not just about gaining weight, even though that is what leads to other diseases. So who else does something besides getting off their seat and stretch to prevent from sitting down all day every day?
