Is it normal if i lost weight by doing nothing?
Lol wtf I hate the scale! I never weigh myself cause I could be the weight I want to be but not look like it. However, recently, I haven't been working out as the usual but I also haven't been eating like a pig. So I decided to step on by curiosity and I lost 7 pounds ! No my scale isn't broken and I stepped on it a few times. This makes me lose motivation to work out because apparently I can eat and not do anything much and I still lose weight! I don't like that. I need motivation to start working out again and be fit like before.
