Is it normal if i lost weight by doing nothing?

Lol wtf I hate the scale! I never weigh myself cause I could be the weight I want to be but not look like it. However, recently, I haven't been working out as the usual but I also haven't been eating like a pig. So I decided to step on by curiosity and I lost 7 pounds ! No my scale isn't broken and I stepped on it a few times. This makes me lose motivation to work out because apparently I can eat and not do anything much and I still lose weight! I don't like that. I need motivation to start working out again and be fit like before.

    You might want to see if you have a tape worm. That will make you lose weight very quickly, without reason.

    You don't drink enough water. Water helps break down the food and your body can absorb much more of the proteins and stuff.
    Hard, sturdy stool means you will lose weight.

    What's your diet like? If you eat a normal, healthy diet your matabolism will increase. If you have bowel movements everyday, you'll lose weight. Not going can make you bloated and gain weight. Don't overwork yourself when you work out. That's not good for your health. A parasite is another possibility. You should see your doctor about that.

    • Yeah I'm definitely gonna go see a doctor. I do go to the bathroom every day and I eat the usual times a day so like 3x or more but like I said I'm not eating like a pig. But losing this much weight without no exercise at all? Just doesn't make sense. I can't think the cause or why it would be parasites but it wouldn't hurt to go see about it.
