Is it normal if i keep on seeing a "figure" behind me all the time

Sometimes i look in the mirror and see something in the corner of my eye it looks at me with "It's" pitch black eyes. I SEE IT IN MY DREAMS,MY SCHOOL,STAIRWAYS,EVERYWHERE!!!! I've Try'd to find a picture like it this is what i found!!!

    Though Cyrano's nose preceded him into any room by a quarter hour, you are the first person I've ever heard of that had a butt so big they thought they were being followed everywhere.
