Is it normal if i don't act who i am?

First of all, I'm a very observant person. They say keep quiet, you'll know more. Well that's the case here. I listen a lot, more than respond. So yeah, I just notice a lot of things and take notes (in my head). I believe I'm a really logical person when it comes to life and just morals. I'll read and listen to people arguing and I secretly agree with the other and just know we're right. What helps is I'm a humble person and despite egotistical individuals who are a part of today's generation which is also my generation unfortunately. With social media, narcissism is not just any disorder anymore. It's a part of human today sadly. People can't even distinguish what it is anymore. Anywho, the point is I would love to stand up and act what I believe in and know. Unfortunately, I have a few, minor disorders that stop me from doing that so rather than embarrassing myself while I try to stand up, I just keep quiet in my own little world, sitting all the way in the back and the corner, watching people throw punches at each other while agreeing with some of them. I lack consistency when I start speaking up, like once I get confronted about something, I can't think right off the bat but I know I have a good response. It just takes a longer time than for the average person to find it. It sucks or else I would love to act upon who I am on the inside. Don't get me wrong, I will speak up every now and then like one on one conversations or something I'm just extremely passionate about, but other than that, I keep things to myself. Another thing is, sometimes I do things I know is wrong but that's just what came out. It looks like that's all I know but no, I know what's right from wrong yet I'll still end up doing the wrong things and can't get myself doing the right things. It's like you know not to take his pencil while he's using it but you just happened to do it. Why? When you knew to leave it alone.

You're probably just a little introverted. That's ok as long as you're happy with who you know you are inside.
