Is it normal if i am attracted to feminine men/cross dressing?

I'm an 18 year old girl who has had multiple relationships, and as long as I can remember I've always been told I have such weird taste in guys/girls. I never knew what people meant but recently I realized that this whole time I have been attracted to feminine men. I find physically feminine men who wear women's clothing like corsets or stockings very attractive, or when guys wear lipstick or eye makeup. Let me clarify I'm not into modern drag, where men transform themselves into larger-than-life big breasted, curvy women. I don't even like boobs! I like to know it's still a guy in a way, but they look like a beautiful, elegant young woman. I don't know any other women who feels the same way I do. I told my best friend and long term boyfriend and they both seemed kind of weirded out. I know a lot of gay men are into this but are there any women who feel the same?

You like who you like. No shame in that. No Judgment! Wish I had known someone like you when I was 18.

Gee, where were you when I aS close to your age. Well, actually I'm not the feminine kind, but I do enjoy wearing things that you enjoy. I actually get pretty turned on when I am dressed in front of a female and she likes it. I even like to shave my legs in winter time and wearing the new pair of pantyhose or bodystockings. I wish I was your neighbor or if you were older I was your bf.
Women like you are very rare and very hard to find. You might try alt.com or fetlife.com to maybe find someone near you. And can I ask just a general idea where you are ? If others tell you that you are sick or its weird or crazy stupid shit to make you feel less than normal- DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. You are just normal as far as I and so many other crossdressers concerned. If anyone gives you crap, let me know, I can try to locate them, get a passport, but a plane ticket and go whip some ass. But you are very fine, very normal and very much appreciated by a pretty small group in society.

    • I usually don't let what others think of me bother me, so don't worry! It's unfortunate that a lot of people who enjoy these things are shamed, I think it's beautiful. From my young perspective, I think that the time for people like us is coming. Personal expression, whether it be fashion or art or gender or sexuality is becoming more and more accepted, at least where I live. It's good to know I have the support of other people too- thank you!!

So do you live in a big city, small town, our in country or ? I'm just curious. But I really wish you were my neighbor, I would fix dinnerwa every night and invite you over. Lol. From our perspective, it's nice to know we have the support of women such as yourself. Can I ask how old you were when you realized this interested you ? Myself as a cross dresser I started at age 13. It's been full of awkward moments. But I wouldn't do it different if had the choice. Except try to be more hardened to the comments of others and try not to let it bother me as much as it did or does. If course I don't advertise it where I live. I still keep it private for the most part. Again, thank you for being open and accepting.

        • I live in a pretty big city, maybe that's why it's more progressive and accepting here than other parts of the country. I have known I've had this sort of attraction for quite a while but never really added all the signs up. The first time I ever really saw a man in women's clothes was The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which I saw at 12 or so. I was instantly hooked. I loved the fishnets and makeup on a man, and I loved that Frank n' Furter loved himself. He became my idol, and I even begged my mom to take me to live viewings of the show. However I wasn't super attracted to him, as his physique is quite blatantly masculine (which there's nothing wrong with). I am very into musical theatre so I discovered Cabaret (very sexy leading man) and other shows that involved men in feminine attire. Recently I've been watching a show called The Alienist and believe it or not but that was the final thing that made me realize my blatant attraction. The show has many scenes where young men dress up as women in 20th century lingerie or dresses in these underground clubs. It was then I couldn't even deny or think otherwise in being attracted. I've also had a personal experience with a boy who was into the same thing and we experimented, but our friendship ended badly ): But he really helped me realize it too.

I realize I'm much older, but I wonder if you would consider pm'ing me. If you can or have IIN Gold. I do.I could message you if I knew your Iin name. I'm a lot the same as far as very much male physical body structure, 6'1" 225 pounds. Body hair head to toe except in winter I like shaving legs to enjoy new pair of pantyhose or new bodystocking. I didn't see Ricky horror show until I was like 25-26 I think in San Diego. There was a theater that showed it for years straight. I have played with lipstick and stuff here and there. But a buddy just showed up we are going to town. I will write more when I get back. Can I ask are you at least in United States ? I am West coast North of Calif. I write more in a few hours.

I said "a small group of society". Not a small society.

  • Sounds like a typical case of Femafemmamaleaphobia.

I believe those sites do have rules about what you can and cannot send to other members. My sister in law aunt is on Fetlife. She (her aunt)had told me about some of the get togethers they had in local areas. They actually seemed very well mannered and likable. To send unwanted stuff on those, well you really need to request them im pretty sure. To be guilty of sending unwanted stuff it's pretty much gonna get you walking the plank.(in the middle of the ocean).

Yea but you know how men are, they tend to be rude and stupid so not voicing the risk just seems unkind to me

Ummm, hang on, let me check, yep I have a penis. That must mean i am male. However, I have grown well past the rude and crude behaviour. I am a firm believer in treating women with respect, and dignity, and as if they were someone I care about and then I don't hit, slap, punch, kick, bodyslam, etc. unless they draw "First Blood". I am one of the thousands of make cross dressers that would LOVE to have a woman in our life that's like O.P. It just works a while lot better when someone is with us in support and or active participant.
