There is a girl I really like in class but she hung out with another guy one night. The guy came into class next day while the girl did not come in yet. Few people were curious what happened with them and asked. He touched to his lips suggesting they made out and a blowjob gesture with his hands.     That is pretty disrespectful, but it probably affected you more because you like her. Who knows if it's even true, but either way that's personal and quite disgusting for people to exploit intimate details in such a way. I'd be irritated too, even if I didn't care for the person.
