Is it normal i want to know what it feels like to die?

(Two in a row but todays slow at work) I always wanted to know what would happen if I die, and I've always been curious to find out. Like.. would I get sent back to my body to relive my life? Would I just cease to exist? And other questions.
Lately I've been wanting to find out. But I'm not suicidal, I don't have a plan or anything. I'm just curious about what happens after death.

    I believe it's just oblivion and we turn to dust and feed the plants. Have seen lots of people die and in 99% of cases it's just like falling asleep. Quite a few have kind of previewed their life just before or seem to see dead relatives but I believe the lack of oxygen can produce hallucinations etc. Death has a certain smell and the eyes just become vacant as if the soul has gone prior to that. Your natural time will come round fast enough so just enjoy life until then.
