My neighbor is really hot and increadibly sweet and funny. We have been friends since we were kids. I would love to go out with her and she really turns me on. I know she feels the same way because she's told me.

So here is the problem. She is mentally challenged or handicapped. What people used to refer to as retarded.

That doesn't bother me at all and in fact I find it really attractive.

Anyway is it normal to be attracted and want to have sex with her. Is it even legal? We are both over 18 but I'm concerned there may be a law that she can't consent. She has tried to start things before and I always let her down easy but I really don't want to. Is it ok to have sex with her?

It's not like I can ask her dad or anything ya know?

    I don't know what the law says. where do you live ? but if she wants it and you want it and you're both above 18, why not ?

        I'm sorry I don't know much about laws there but i'm not sure there should be a law to ban sex for someone just because they are mentally sick. You say she's funny and you two get along, how sick is she? not much as I see. Just make sure not to hurt her emotionally. If you're not serious, don't go for it.
