Is it normal i want to have a girl do these exhibitionist things

I want to get a pretty girl to walk around a town with me, go all kinds of different places walmart, the library, parks ect... And have her put herself in compromising positions.

I'd have her wear a ridiculously short skirt and a snap button top. I'd stay usually a slight distance away most of the time and text her commands, like bend over in front of those people and such.
