Is it normal i want to go to venice beach or new orleans and draw caricatures.

It has been a dream of mine my whole life. I also do paintings and murals occasionally for doctor's office. I set up at local festivals concerts. I dress up in costumes I keep my prices low. I make about 70 bucks on a bad day.ANY other places I could go that I could make out I want to do a tour.
