Im still young but before when I was younger I used to be more confident in myself now its gotten to the point where im always rejected. I see everyone talking about sex tips and stuff and im here a virgin. When I see a girl I dont even get picky I just want to have sex and have a buddy to talk to. I think its weird
You are young, your hormones are going insane. Of COURSE that's normal. Do your best to keep a cap on it, sex might feel good but it can cause you emotional trauma you're not ready to handle. Good luck! :)

Don't let your insecurities get the best of you! If you do then you won't be confident around women and most women love a confident man. Fake it till you make it! There are, however, a few rare ones that think quiet men who don't know their own greatness are cute.
Also, you don't have to be doing what everyone else is doing. If your only reason for wanting sex is because everyone else is doing it, then I think that's for the wrong reason. Just be patient and let things happen naturally.

My advice would be to try a social activity that brings you into contact with a lot of women. Just try and make some female friends at first that should get you some more confidence with talking and being around the opposite sex. Things will fall into place if you just relax about it and take some positive steps.
Oh and if you're really desperate just join a mixed netball team. I used to watch them play from the window at my gym. All the guys are gay and the women are athletic, really I don't see why all straight single guys aren't all over that.
Thats kind of sad. You sound desperate. Do you know why you are getting rejected? You should get some advice on your game. You might be picking the wrong type of women, that or you have the wrong approach. However I am not sure what women you are picking or your approach style so I cant give any advice on that without more info.
