after couple months of working for this company ive notice how theres couple workers who dont do shit. act lazy, do less tahn half the work. at first i was trying to work super hard and used to get mad because the supervisor doesnt care.im not gonna try anymore and i frankly want to get fired. im sick of all this corruption around the office. Is it normal?
If they're lazy then you could easily move the ranks. If you stick with the company then I'm sure you can become their boss within a year or so. Just keep up the hard work.
There are slackers at every company, that's just something you're going to have to get use to.

I agree.. you should stop worrying about what other people are doing and focus on yourself. Depending on what kind of work you do, you don't know what the other person has on their plate. Don't assume that you do more than anyone else ESPECIALLY if you have only been at the job for a few months. Maybe the slacker has more responsibilities than you that you don't know about. Judging people like that just makes you look like you think you're better then other people, no one likes a conceded bitch or asshole (depending on whether you are a guy or a girl) so I would get over yourself and be happy that you are fortunate enough to have a job.. there are a lot of people out there who aren't as lucky so keep that in mind when you have childish complaints about work.
If you lower your standards because of someone else you are just as bad as them. Do what you would do if you werent working with those coworkers and dont let them ruin your day :) let the slackers be slackers and you be better then them, eventually it will catch up to them!
the managers are the worst they can careless
theyre on my case but since theyre friends with her they let her slide by. she sales then weed.. EEEEERRRRRRR
