This sounds unethical on a business level. On a personal level if they are not too old as in you are both over 18, nothing wrong.

Where I have worked, even manager-subordinate workplace romance is allowed. You only need to disclose it if it gets serious, ie you get engaged, etc.. Until then, it's just workplace romance...

I would say no. The complications are too risky. There are plenty of other men outside the workplace. You might regret it later. You are basically trying to connect with that place more than you should. Given that, at the workplace, you are required to respect some specific rules, they might be irreconcilable with your wishes. In a relationship/affair/whatever separate from work you can control it and stop any time, unless you have commitments which you still get to agree upon gradually, in time. In here, you have some extra commitments which are intrusive, and beyond your control. You might end up arguing with your boss and that deteriorates the professional relationship and can get you fired, or someone (un)intentionally changing their behaviour because of this, and you might not like that. I wouldn't dedicate myself more to the workplace than I should, like sexually. It's probably already enough crap to deal with there, no need for more.
To answer the question posted, I think if you are attracted to your boss and he's not "making you" have sex with him, then there is no reason why you shouldn't have sex with him.
"MeToo" is just a fad that will fade and die, and it's really in response to Harvey Weinstein and has nothing to do with 99.99% of women.
I've fucked bosses before. Not the best idea because if you are a good lay they get very territorial about you flirting with customers you want to fuck. Not the best idea, at all.
